voluntad de un interesado, con el fin de realizar cambios en sus derechos personales o patrimoniales.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Requisitos:<\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><p style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Presentar C\u00e9dula de Identidad vigente.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><p style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Nombres y apellidos completos.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><p style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Nacionalidad, estado civil, profesi\u00f3n u oficio y domicilio.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ser mayores de edad, si son menores, deben comparecer en la forma que determina la ley para cada role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1853\"><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol>El testamento es solemne o menos solemne. El primero es aquel en que se han observado todas las solemnidades que la ley ordinariamente requiere. El segundo, que se llama tambi\u00e9n privilegiado, es aquel en que pueden omitirse algunas de esas solemnidades, por consideraci\u00f3n a circunstancias particulares, determinadas expresamente por la ley.<\/ol><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">El testamento solemne otorgado ante notario puede ser abierto o cerrado. La sociedad forma una persona jur\u00eddica distinta de los socios individualmente considerados (C\u00f3digo Civil, art\u00edculo constituci\u00f3n, modificaci\u00f3n, resciliaci\u00f3n o liquidaci\u00f3n de sociedades, de liquidaci\u00f3n de sociedades conyugales, de partici\u00f3n de bienes, escrituras constitutivas de personalidad jur\u00eddica, de asociaciones de canalistas, cooperativas, contratos de transacciones y contratos de emisi\u00f3n de bonos de sociedades an\u00f3nimas, s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n ser extendidas en los protocolos notariales sobre la base de minutas firmadas por alg\u00fan
